Mr. Liu Aili is the Executive Vice President of China Mobile Communications and also sits on the Board of Directors. Currently Mr. Liu's responsibility focus is on network O&M, enterprise IT infrastructure deployment, information security management, etc in China Mobile. Before this Mr Liu was in charge of the business expansion of China Mobile and was responsible for China Mobile's M&A execution. Mr. Liu has been actively involved in leading China Mobile's M&A practices in terms of both acquisition of overseas telecom operators and exploration of opportunities along the value chain. With his efforts China Mobile successfully acquired "Peoples", an operator in Hong Kong, acquired 19.9% shares of phoenix, a famous media company, acquired 100% shares of Paktel Limited, a local mobile operator in Pakistan, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement for a 12% stake of Far Eastone Telecommunications. Mr Liu is a professor-level senior engineer with over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has rich experiences in the operations of telecom networks and has a sharp point of view for the future of the service provider. Mr Liu received his doctoral degree in 2004 , and was a visiting scholar at Harvard University. His paper "Does participative leadership enhance work performance by inducing empowerment or trust? The differential effects on managerial and non-managerial subordinates" was published by the Journal of Organizational Behavior.

Sally Davis is CEO for BT Wholesale, where her role is to lead the company in its delivery of existing business at the same time as exploiting new opportunities in an IP-enabled world. She also champions Wholesale's contribution to helping BT become number one for customer service. Sally is a member of BT's Operating Committee.
Prior to this Sally was BT's first Chief Portfolio Officer providing overall leadership for the shape and future of the company's portfolio. Sally's role was to apply a clear commercial logic to managing today's portfolio whilst ensuring that we built innovative convergent services and solutions for the future.

He joined the Telenet group as Senior Vice President - Technology, Engineering and Network Operations in February 2003. As of January 2008, Mr. Vorstermans assumed additional responsibilities for Telenet Solutions, the business-to-business unit within the group. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Vorstermans held several executive positions in British Telecom’s Belgian operations, including as Director Customer Service Belgium, Director Operations Belgium and, most recently, Vice President Global Network Operations.
Dr Steffen Roehn

Dr. Steffen Roehn, born 1964 in Mainz (Germany), took over the responsibility for IT as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Deutsche Telekom on May, 1st, 2009. He joined the Telekom Group in November 2000 as Manager IT at T-Mobile Deutschland. In addition to this function, in 2006 he was appointed CIO T-Mobile Europe and member of the Executive Committee of T-Mobile International AG.

In 1991 Steffen Roehn took his PhD degree at European research facility CERN, Geneva, and Imperial College, London. After graduation Steffen Roehn served as consultant for global Gemini Consulting and successfully advised telecommunications and consumer goods industry companies. After working at Credit Suisse as quality manager, he started in 1996 at the international Diebold Management Consulting. In 1998, Steffen Roehn became partner and Member of the Board being responsible for TIME practice. In January 2000 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Diebold Group, now part of DeTeCon

He has served in various positions within the FT Group, including General Manager of France Telecom in Mexico, managing the controlling interest France Telecom took in Telmex in 1990, and providing assistance and consultancy to Telmex in its newly deregulated market; Marketing Director, Professional Products and Services in France Telecom, where he was in particular responsible for the development of such products as ISDN, PBX, modems and Centrex.
He helped create and managed the Theseus Institute, a Business School focusing on the impact of Information Technology on corporate management and strategy.

He has spent over 25 years in the technology and financial services field and has experience in a wide range of managerial, financial, operational and technological disciplines including; mergers and acquisitions, securities processing, statistical controls, technical operations management, systems development, quantitative analysis and financial modeling. Based in New York, he has had both small and large organizational management roles as well as leadership responsibilities for numerous overseas locations.

Nick is primarily responsible for the company’s overall corporate strategy and business development.

A serial entrepreneur, Nick has consistently been at the forefront of innovation in technology since 1985. In 1993, he founded Multi Media Investments Limited, a technology research and development company that brought the Internet to the Channel Islands through Interactive Telephony Ltd. This led to the construction of Europe's first on-line store, Wine Warehouse, in October 1994 and the development of one of the first bank-endorsed e-commerce initiatives in the form of the UK’s first electronic shopping mall, ‘BarclaySquare’, in 1995.

In 1997 Nick founded WorldPay, which guarantees internet transactions worldwide, and led the company through its growth to over 270 employees with 20,000 merchants in 120 countries and processing transactions in excess of $2bn per annum. WorldPay was acquired by the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2002.

Thomas Capka has more than 20 years professional experience in the payment industry.
Since 2004 he is COO of A1 Bank, the banking arm of mobilkom austria, the largest austrian mobile operator. He is responsible for payment processing, Risk management and merchant relations.

He held several leading positions at VISA Austria from 1986 to 2001 including Head of IT and Operations. He was Managing Director of KSG, the processing Company of VISA Austria from 1991 to 2001. In this role he was responsible for the development of POS-Solutions and the processing of Loyality Card programmes.

He was also a member of the VISA International New Products Advisory Forum which focused on the issues of e- and m-commerce. In 2001 he joined paybox austria and in his role as COO he was responsible for setting up the infrastructure for this m-payment company.

Before joining Yankee Group, Green was the CEO of Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA), the preeminent research and consulting firm in the energy sector, and led its sale in 2004 to IHS Energy. Previously, Green served for nine years in leadership roles with the IT advisory firm Forrester Research, helping the company grow from a privately held boutique to a publicly traded market leader. From 2001 to 2003, she was managing director, Forrester Research North America; she also launched and built the company's European operations from 1998 to 2001

Giovanni Chiarelli was appointed head of Telecom Italia Information Technology General Management in February 2008. Chiarelli has also worked as the Head of Wireline Operations Support Systems as well as Technical Information Services Manager for Telecom Italia.

Prior to Telecom Italia, Mr. Chiarelli joined Accenture, working as IT Manager for 9Telecom in France, before taking over responsibility for Telecom Italia’s CRM project. He has also worked at Infostrada as Manager of Business Support Systems Planning, and subsequently Network Support Systems Planning.

Mr Chiarelli sits on the Board of Directors at TM Forum and on the Te.Ma Infomobility consortium steering committee. In 2008, he became chairman of IT Telecom s.r.l., and joined the board at SSC srl.
